When we talk about strength, we don’t just mean physical strength, but mental strength. It isn’t just talking with us, we strive to embody these concepts. We are light towers; guiding others by what we do, and what we are, so that they can do the same. 

The secret is energy and vitality. The body is a vehicle with which your work is accomplished. You get so much more out of a good vehicle. If you can get yourself into a peak state in the first hour of the day, you are guaranteed to carry that momentum through the rest of your day. Peak state looks different for everyone, and getting there will be a different process for each person. But peak state brings peak energy and peak performance. If you say you don’t want peak energy and peak performance, you are lying. What Power by Design Fitness will do for you is to help you discover what peak state feels like for you, and develop habits that will get you there fast, that can be replicated every day.
